The interaction that takes place at the summit is one of the most valuable aspects of the meeting. Connecting with others and sharing your expertise will help grow the field of spine-focused neurosurgery and improve patient care.

As a speaker, your responsibilities are to:

While onsite, your E-Posters will be displayed at kiosks in the exhibit hall and the Octavius Ballroom Foyer.
All presenters are encouraged to use the Spine Summit PowerPoint Template which is already formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio. The template is available here or via the Conference Harvester for download.
For each session, presenters should include a disclosure slide on the first or second slide of their presentation and disclose any relevant financial relationship(s) verbally to the audience.
The Speaker Ready Room is designed to be your resource and provide presentation assistance. The room is equipped with computer stations and AV staff to assist with presentation uploads and other technical assistance as it relates to your presentation.

All recommendations for patient care in accredited continuing education must be based on current science, evidence and clinical reasoning, while giving a fair and balanced view of diagnostic and therapeutic options.
All scientific research referred to, reported or used in accredited education in support or justification of a patient care recommendation must conform to the generally accepted standards of experimental design, data collection, analysis and interpretation.
All presentations must be free of marketing or sales of products or services. Faculty must not actively promote or sell products or services that serve their professional or financial interests during accredited education.
The AANS reserves the right to review and modify presentation slides and topics prior to the AANS Annual Meeting to ensure presentations adhere to ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence.
