Hotel Reservation Information and Deadlines
Enjoy discounted room rates when you book your stay through the official Spine Summit room block. All attendees must first register for the 2027 Spine Summit to receive access to the housing block. Upon completion of your registration, you will be able to book your housing immediately. All attendees will also receive an email with a link to access the discounted room block.
MCI is the official housing bureau for the 2027 Spine Summit, offering discounted rates and no booking fees. Spine Summit hotel reservations are limited to one room per registered attendee and are subject to availability.
The deadline to secure discounted Spine Summit hotel accommodations is Thursday, January 14, 2027.

Airport Travel
Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts are located approximately 20 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Taxi, Uber, and Lyft services are readily available from the airport. Upon arrival, please follow airport signage to the designated ride share and ground transportation pick-up locations outside of baggage claim. Travel time to the resort is approximately 25–35 minutes depending on traffic.
