Function Space Requests
The 2027 Spine Summit provides an exceptional opportunity to connect, collaborate and engage with colleagues in Orlando, Florida
Organizations interested in hosting a meeting, reception, or reunion during the Spine Summit are invited to submit a Function Space Request no later than Friday, January 8, 2027. Function space will be available at the Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort.
Meeting space at the hotel is limited, and each request will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. While we will make every effort to accommodate requested meeting dates and times, submission of a request does not guarantee space availability. All requests are subject to review by AANS and final approval by DSPN. Requests received after the deadline will be considered based on remaining availability.
A separate request must be submitted for each individual function. All meetings must be scheduled outside of official Spine Summit program hours. Please note that some requested time blocks may have limited availability due to existing program activities, meeting commitments, and space constraints.
The approved time windows for affiliate and ancillary meetings are outlined below.

Please note that approved time slots are subject to change.
Following review and approval by AANS and DSPN, tentative meeting space assignments will be provided based on availability and program requirements. While every effort will be made to honor assigned locations, all space assignments remain subject to change as event schedules and logistics are finalized.
Final space assignments will be confirmed on Wednesday, January 13, 2027.
