Alison Fragale, PhD
Professor at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and organizational psychologist, Alison Fragale is the bestselling author of Likeable Badass: How Women Get the Success They Deserve. She draws on her academic research and experience as a keynote speaker to use behavioral science to help women excel in their careers. Her research on status, negotiation and influence has been published in top academic journals as well as national media outlets like The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.
Harris Sondak, PhD
Harris Sondak is the David Eccles Professor of Business and Ethics at the University of Utah and a lecturer at UC Berkeley. With a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Northwestern, his research explores the psychology of allocation decisions, negotiations and group processes. Beyond his academic roles, he has a strong background in public service, having served as a mayor and on various boards. He has also held faculty positions at Duke, Stanford, and Columbia, among others, and his teaching covers topics from organizational behavior and negotiations to business ethics and leadership.
